What is "360 degree feedback"?
A 360-degree feedback appraisal of personnel is carried out to understand how to increase the efficiency of each member of the team, as well as improve team communication, thereby increasing the productivity of the entire team.
As part of the "360 degrees" survey, each employee is evaluated by his colleagues, managers, subordinates, customers, as well as himself (self-assessment) according to the specified competencies. As a result, you can look at the entire staff of the company from the outside, identifying strengths, growth areas, and identify aspects that are important both for the development of an individual employee and the entire organization.

Create a company and departments with a list of employees who will take part in the survey. You can add an unlimited number of companies if you need to conduct independent surveys in different organizations/branches within the same HR360.Online account.
Add or edit employee information: "First Name", "Last Name", "Department", "Position". Based on this list, the future composition of the survey participants is formed. To quickly add a large number of employees, use the data import function from Excel.
Determine the list of competencies (characteristics) of the employee to be assessed, and also indicate the questions that will be behavioral indicators for each competency. Or just use a ready-made template with universal competencies and questions.
Create a new survey
Give the new survey a name, end date, and grade type (90°, 180°, 270°, 360°, 540°, etc.). Optionally, make comments on each question in the questionnaire mandatory and/or anonymous. If necessary, change the template of the email that employees will receive to complete the survey.
Selection of competencies
Customize the questionnaire of the current survey by selecting the necessary competencies with questions from a previously generated list. Do not add too many competencies to one questionnaire - large questionnaires that take more than 20 minutes in time tire employees and reduce the effectiveness of the survey.
Add in the column "Assessed" employees who need to be evaluated (will RECEIVE feedback). Also indicate the respondent employees (who will PROVIDE feedback) in the context of their roles in the company: "Managers", "Subordinates", "Colleagues".
Balance and accounts
Top up the company's balance for the required number of survey participants using a Visa or Mastercard bank card. Or activate the promotional code received during registration for a free survey for 25 participants.
After activation and launch of the survey, employees participating in the survey will receive an email with an invitation to take the survey. Each survey participant has the opportunity to choose the desired method of completing the survey: through a browser or using the Telegram chat bot.
